Since the mid-19th century, Molino San Felice has been a guardian of the Neapolitan milling tradition. For four generations, our family has passed down the secrets of artisanal milling, crafting specialty flours that embody the soul of Neapolitan pizza.

Under the leadership of Domenico Ragosta, we balance deep heritage with industry-leading standards. In 2001, we made history as the first Italian mill to achieve product quality certification for la verace pizza Napoletana (UNI 10791).

Today, that legacy reaches a new horizon. By merging our historic Italian expertise with a premier milling partner in the United States, we are bringing our passion and certified quality closer to American pizzaiolos.
